The Jacketed tank is a food-grade unit engineered by Zhonglian Machinery for beverage, juice and water production lines. As a reliable Jacketed tank, it delivers stable performance, hygienic design and easy integration into complete turnkey beverage production solutions for markets across Central Asia, Africa, Southeast Asia and South America.
Technical Description
- Material: Inner tank made of high-quality SUS304-2B or SUS316L stainless steel; jacket thickness: 1.5mm; outer layer equipped with PU polyurethane insulation layer.
- Structure Features: Cylindrical tank body with conical bottom, supported by stable support legs. Three jacket types are available: Miller dimple jacket, hollow jacket and coil jacket, with optimized flow channel design for even and sufficient heat transfer.
- Heat Transfer Performance: Unique medium diversion structure avoids medium short circuit, improves heat exchange efficiency and ensures uniform temperature of materials inside the tank.
