Working Principle
A single helical screw rotor rotates inside an elastic stator, forming a series of sealed cavities. As the rotor turns, these cavities move continuously from the inlet to the outlet, carrying the material forward at a constant rate. This positive displacement action produces a steady, pulsation-free flow that is independent of pressure, making it ideal for viscous and shear-sensitive liquids.
