Equipment Features
- Dedicated CIP return design Purpose-built for CIP return duty, efficiently pumping used cleaning liquid back to the CIP station for recycling.
- Dual-inlet structure The dual-inlet design efficiently recovers residual liquid and gas-liquid mixtures from pipelines and equipment.
- Reduces material waste Recovers residual product and cleaning liquid, lowering material loss and improving overall line efficiency.
- Strong gas-handling ability Handles the gas-liquid mixtures typical of drain and return lines without losing prime.
- Food-grade construction 304 / 316L stainless steel wetted parts, fully compliant with food hygiene and CIP / SIP requirements.
Working Principle
Positioned at the return side of a CIP or process circuit, the return pump draws the gas-liquid mixture from tanks and pipelines through its dual-inlet structure. Its impeller design separates and expels entrained air while continuously conveying the recovered liquid back to the CIP tank or recovery vessel, ensuring efficient drainage and residual recovery.
Technical Parameters
The above specifications are for reference only. Specific parameters such as flow rate, power and material can be fully customized according to actual production process and capacity requirements.
Application Fields
- CIP return: Returning used cleaning liquid from process equipment to the CIP station
- Residual recovery: Recovery of residual product and rinse liquid from tanks and pipelines
- Drainage: Draining of process vessels and pipelines at the end of a batch
