Working Principle
PET preforms are fed and aligned automatically, then conveyed through an infrared heating oven where they are heated to the ideal forming temperature. The heated preforms enter the blowing station, where a stretch rod extends them axially while high-pressure air expands them radially against the mould cavity. After cooling and pressure release, the moulds open and the finished bottles are discharged automatically.
