Equipment Features
- Integrated isobaric filling Combines blowing, isobaric (counter-pressure) filling and capping in one block for stable CO₂ retention and minimal foaming of carbonated drinks.
- Pressure-resistant handling Designed for pressure-resistant PET bottles, with reliable bottle handling under carbonation pressure to prevent deformation.
- Compact hygienic layout Direct neck transfer from blowing to filling removes the air conveyor, saving space and improving hygiene.
- Precise fill & low loss Isobaric filling valves ensure accurate fill level and minimal product loss for sugary carbonated beverages.
- Synchronised control Unified PLC control coordinates all three processes with quick format changeover and stable high-speed output.
Working Principle
Preforms are blown into pressure-resistant PET bottles inside the blowing wheel and transferred directly to the isobaric filling carousel. The filling valves first pressurise each bottle with CO₂ to equalise pressure, then fill the carbonated product under counter-pressure to prevent foaming. Filled bottles move immediately to capping, where caps are applied and tightened, and are then discharged.
Application Fields
- Carbonated soft drinks: Integrated production of cola, soda and flavoured CSD
- Sparkling water: Filling of sparkling and carbonated flavoured water
- Energy drinks: Carbonated energy and functional beverage production
