Working Principle
PET preforms are heated and blown into bottles inside the integrated blowing wheel, then transferred directly by neck-handling star wheels to the filling carousel without any air conveyor. Bottles are filled by gravity or isobaric valves, immediately move to the capping station where caps are applied and torqued, and finally discharged — all within one synchronised, enclosed system.
