Working Principle
Operators load preforms into the heating oven, where infrared lamps heat them to the forming temperature. The heated preforms are then transferred manually to the blowing station, where the mould closes and high-pressure air, together with a stretch rod, expands the preform into the final bottle shape. After cooling, the mould opens and the finished bottle is removed.
