The High-Carbonation Beverage Mixer is a specialized piece of equipment used for the production of carbonated beverages, serving as an indispensable component within a carbonated beverage production line. A key distinguishing feature of this unit—compared to standard carbonated beverage mixers—is its capacity to produce beverages with a significantly higher carbonation level than those produced by conventional mixing equipment. With the exception of electrical components and instrumentation, the entire machine is constructed from food-grade stainless steel; the electrical components, instruments, and related accessories utilized in this unit are sourced from renowned domestic manufacturers.

Superior Materials and Precision Craftsmanship

All parts that come into direct contact with the beverage (such as tanks, pipelines, etc.) are fabricated from high-quality, low-carbon stainless steel. Both the internal and external surfaces undergo a meticulous polishing process, ensuring full compliance with international food hygiene standards.

Fully Automated with Alarm System

The pressure and liquid levels within each tank of the machine are automatically regulated. A PLC system controls the entire production process; in the event of a malfunction, the machine automatically triggers an alarm and initiates an emergency shutdown. Once the system is reset, it automatically resumes operation.

User-Friendly Operation and Easy Adjustment

The machine is exceptionally convenient to operate; normal production can be initiated simply by turning the control knobs sequentially according to the prescribed procedure. Furthermore, production capacity, the water-to-syrup ratio, and carbonation levels can be easily adjusted without the need to replace any mechanical components.

Uniform Mixing and Precise Ratios

By employing an advanced “single-pass mixing” process, the machine ensures a highly uniform blend. The mixing ratio of water to syrup is strictly controlled via a precision metering needle valve equipped with fine-tuning capabilities, achieving an accuracy level of approximately 0.5% (5 parts per thousand).

  5. Compact integrated structure Skid-mounted integrated design with compact layout and small floor space. It is easy to install, debug and maintain, suitable for beverage production lines of different scales.
  6. Flexible ratio adjustment Wide adjustable range of sugar-water ratio and soda-water ratio, adaptable to different beverage formulas and production process requirements.

Working Principle

The equipment realizes precise mixing of chilled water, syrup and carbon dioxide under controlled pressure and temperature conditions.

Chilled water and syrup are fed into the mixing system at a preset ratio, and then fully mixed with high-purity carbon dioxide under stable pressure. The PLC system precisely monitors and regulates the internal pressure, liquid level and flow rate of the tank to ensure uniform and stable dissolution of carbon dioxide in the liquid, achieving high-precision mixing effect. The finished carbonated liquid is continuously delivered to the subsequent filling process.
